Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jacombs Tickets website and your purchase of football tickets from us. By creating an account, buying tickets, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

In these Terms, "Jacombs Tickets", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jacombs Ticketing & Events, a business registered in England and Wales under company number 12571887, of One Mayfair Place, London, W1J 8AJ. "You" and "your" refer to you, the customer.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account and purchase tickets. By using our services you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Your account

To buy tickets you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us at helpdesk@jacombstickets.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Buying tickets

When you select tickets, we reserve them for a limited time while you complete checkout. If you do not complete your purchase within that time, the tickets are released and made available to other customers.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been completed and you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, where tickets are no longer available, where we suspect fraud or unauthorised resale, or where an error has occurred. If we cancel a confirmed order for these reasons, we will refund any payment you have made.

Ticket purchases may be subject to a maximum number of tickets per customer, per fixture, in line with the relevant club and competition rules.

4. Prices and payment

The price shown for each ticket is the price you pay. We charge one flat price per ticket with no booking fees, and all applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Your tickets

Tickets are issued as secure mobile tickets. You download your tickets from your Jacombs Tickets account, and they become available to download up to 7 days before kickoff. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access your account and download your tickets in time for the fixture.

6. Conditions of entry and ground regulations

Entry to a fixture is subject to the ground regulations and terms of entry set by the relevant club, stadium and competition. By purchasing a ticket you agree to comply with these, including rules on segregation of home and away supporters, permitted items, and behaviour inside the ground.

Home and away supporters are allocated to separate areas. You must sit only in the area allocated to you, and you must support the correct team for that allocation. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the ground without a refund.

7. Resale and transfer

Tickets are sold for personal use. The unauthorised resale of football tickets is a criminal offence in England, and tickets purchased from Jacombs Tickets must not be resold or transferred for profit or in breach of the club's or competition's terms. We reserve the right to cancel tickets, without refund, where we reasonably believe they have been resold or obtained in breach of these Terms.

8. Fixture changes, cancellations and refunds

Football fixtures are frequently subject to change. If a fixture is rescheduled — including where a match is moved because it has been selected for television broadcast — or cancelled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. If you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture, you may request a full refund.

If a fixture is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.

To request a refund in these circumstances, contact us at helpdesk@jacombstickets.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control (see section 10), or from your failure to comply with the ground regulations or these Terms.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including fixture postponements or cancellations by the club or competition, adverse weather, or other events beyond our control.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The Terms that apply to your purchase are those in force at the time you place your order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
